I have been a member at Christ Church for 33 years, arriving in 1990 from London, via Nigeria, Hong Kong and Pakistan. In that time I have been an Elder 3 times and I have been a Worship Leader for about 12 years. My 3 children attended school and church here in Chichester. |

Chichester is where our family home has been based since 1977. For many years during this time, we lived, worked and worshipped further afield, mainly in France. In 2017, when we walked through the doors of Christ Church, we were warmly welcomed and felt we had found a loving and supportive "spiritual home". I was an Elder from 2019 till November 2023; the Prayer Life includes the Prayer Ministry, the Prayer Circle, the Prayer Tree and the Prayer Gathering. |

I retired in June 2018 after a 48-year career as a curriculum developer and teacher of mathematics and computer science that had taken me from Southern Illinois to the Science University of Paris, St. Louis, Missouri, Glasgow, the University of Bath, and 33 years in South Florida. My wife Margaret and I moved here to Chichester, her home town, in September 2018 and we joined Christ Church in November of that year. I soon became involved with the Christ Church Singers and started sharing duties as pianist and occasional organist. |

I first attended the Chichester Congregational Church/URC in 1963 when my family moved from Scotland to Chichester and I became a member during this time. This Church developed and joined with the Methodist Church to become Christ Church LEP just over 40 years ago. During my time with Christ Church I set up the Church office with our first computer. I have had several spells as Elder and served as Senior Elder. I have been and am currently a Trustee and have been assisting the last 3 Treasurers with day to day support. I have also been involved with the following: Junior Church, a Sunday evening discussion group with Teenagers, helped with Pilots, served on various working groups, and represented the Church at Circuit meetings. I have been a Pastoral Visitor for many years. |

I came to Chichester with my family in 1991 and transferred to Christ Church from Sanderstead URC. I taught ICT at Chichester College until I retired in 2009, became Choir Leader that summer and an Elder and Trustee in 2011. I took on the roles of Membership Secretary and then GDPR lead in 2016. During the pandemic I became the Communications 'Hub' for Christ Church. |

I moved to Chichester from Arundel in September 2004. It was on a cold winter's morning that I walked into Christ Church coffee shop where I was greeted with a very warm welcome. I have been involved with Children's Groups and Messy Church. I have been both Elder and Trustee and am now working towards becoming a Lay Preacher. |

I moved from London to the Chichester area in 2003 with my husband, Rev’d Ian Field, (retired Methodist Minister). We found Christ Church to be most welcoming and decided to make it our spiritual home. I have been a worship leader for many years and a member of the prayer ministry team. I chair the Outreach working group, which seeks to serve our community in spiritual and practical ways. In 2011, Pilgrim Players, an amateur drama group, was formed staging spiritual drama and fun plays. In 2019, our Christ Church Creatives youth work began with the employment of a youth worker who I mentor, together with the help of a support group. |

I arrived in Chichester 3 years ago and am married to our minister, Helen. My role as Trustee and Technical Co-ordinator means that I am involved in several areas of the church life and enjoy the fellowship and companionship that this brings. I also help to ensure that we are able to record services and special events for those who are unable to attend church for whatever reason or for keepsakes. |

I was brought up in the United Reformed Church in Romford and was heavily involved in the youth work through the Boys Brigade, Messy Church and Sunday School. I worked as a secondary school teacher for 25 years and moved to Chichester during the summer of 2020 to be near my family. I felt instantly at home at Christ Church and was made to feel very welcome. I help to run the Creatives Youth Group on a Thursday evening and lead the discussion group on a Sunday. I currently work, part time, in special needs education in Chichester and Havant. |
